Having just returned from Honduras, I want to take a moment to share about some of the exciting things that happened there. I have never seen anything like it; we really touched that nation. It would have been difficult for anyone not to have noticed us. We were in the news, on daily national TV talk shows, on radio, and much more. FGBMFI International President, Richard Shakarian, addressed the National Congress, receiving a standing ovation. Personally I had the privilege of accompanying Richard to a meeting with the top military leaders of the country. At the end of that meeting the nation's highest ranking officer invited our group to establish a regular FGBMFI Chapter for high ranking officers at their HQ.

For the Outreach we were sent out on up to five "assignments" per day. Since each team was no larger than a car load, everyone had plenty of opportunity to share. The events were in factories, colleges, hospitals, prisons, etc., and we would simply share our testimonies as business men. It was amazing to see how powerful such a simple method could be. We went to where the people were. Only God knows what is in a man’s heart, but certainly tens of thousands of real conversions took place. Some estimates are several hundred thousand.

In one meeting where there were just my translator and myself, I shared with over 300 college students. I made the salvation call at the end very clear. One-third of those present responded! At that point, I was ready to close the meeting, but the students wouldn't hear of it; they called out from all over the hall, "No, no, tell us more. Tell us more!" After three more attempts to close the meeting, and receiving the same response, I was finally able to finish after 2 hours. We were able to establish a new prayer and Bible study group with a student and a faculty member left in charge.

In another instance, one of our people prayed for a boy who had been in a coma for six months. The boy woke up! There were literally thousands of stories like these, all proving one thing: If we will go, God will do the rest. He is only looking for willing vessels.
